My contractor recommended this company to me. I had told him about a quote I received from another local company and of my concern about the price. He suggested that I call El Paso Door Co. instead. This has been I process for me though! I know what I want and know how much I’m willing to pay for it. The price was definitely better but I don’t like feeling rushed or bulldozed and while Victor was nice and helpful, he could be a bit pushy at times. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and put that down to his knowledge about the product he sells and the fact that he does this all the time. He promptly sent me the estimates for my various choices while he was still here; checked in with me to inquire if I was ready to make a decision after his initial visit; came out in a timely manner to place the order; and was upfront from the beginning about how long it would take for my door to come in. He also walked me through the installation process and what would happen. My garage door was installed about a week ago and I love it! I’m so very happy I went the route I did, including using El Paso Door Company. Jose the installer, showed up within the given time window and got right to it. He was friendly, polite and professional. I’ve had a very positive experience so far and would recommend El Paso Door Company to family and friends! Thanks guys!

Incredible experience. Never knew so much goes into picking a garage door. Installation was quick. Have not had any problems with our door. Owners are great. They’re the reason we stuck with this company through this process.

Had two garage doors replaced. From start to finish, about 3-3 1/2 hours. Excellent job. Highly recommend!
